Returning or Exchanging Items

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase
  • Indicate the reason for the return or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what size/color is desired.
  • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. Highland Mountain Bike Park, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will ship the new item with the size/color requested. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Allow up to 7-10 days to receive an exchange item.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
